Now, Ka’awaloa-Eiflander follows in a long tradition of lauded paniolo (cowboys/cowgirls) in the Hawaiian Islands. In the heart of the Pacific, they have been wrangling cattle and stewarding the land long before cowboys ever gained fame in the “Wild West.”
