HONOLULU (KHON2) — In the early morning of April 12, a 79-year-old man was set on fire in Chinatown. Police arrested a suspect–Charles Burns. The Honolulu Police Department revealed on Thursday that the 29-year-old suspect was charged with arson and promoting dangerous drugs. His bail was set at $500,000.
Lanes closed on Kamehameha Highway after Salt Lake Blvd
