This is a Civil Defense message.

This is a COVID-19 informational update for Tuesday, March 8th.

For Hawaii County, Department of Health reports 6 new cases, 326 active cases, and 4 persons hospitalized.

Community testing is scheduled today in Hilo at Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium from 3 to 7 pm.

For tomorrow, Wednesday, Community testing is scheduled in South Kona at Yano Hall from 7 to 8 am and in North Kona at Old Kona Airport Pavilion from 3 to 7 pm.

Covid at-home test kits are available online at covidtests.gov.
