This is a COVID-19 informational update for Wednesday, March 2nd.

For Hawaii County, Department of Health reports 24 new cases, 586 active cases, and 9 persons hospitalized.

Community testing is scheduled today in North Kona at the Old Kona Airport Pavilion from 3 to 7 pm.

Community testing is scheduled tomorrow, Thursday, in Kau at Naalehu Community Center from 3 to 5 pm, and in Puna at Pahoa Community Center from 3 to 7 pm.

Covid at-home test kits are available online at covidtests.gov.
