This is a COVID-19 informational update for Saturday, January 22nd.

For Hawaii County, Department of Health reports 484 new cases, 5,536 active cases, and 44 persons hospitalized.

Today, Saturday, Community Testing is scheduled in Kona at the Old Kona Airport pavilion, Waimea District Park, and Hilo Civic Center all from 9 AM to 1 PM.

For those who would like Covid self-test kits, Covid at-home test kits are now available at covidtests.gov.
