Preliminary hearing delayed in drug case

A preliminary hearing for a 47-year-old Kona man accused of possession and attempted distribution of pounds of methamphetamine and a host of other felony offenses has been delayed.

15 arrested for suspected DUI

Police arrested 15 motorists for suspected drunken driving between Jan. 3 and Sunday. Three of the drivers were involved in traffic crashes.

Hydrologist: A wet December closed out 2021
