This is a COVID-19 informational update for Sunday, August 1st.
Mahalo for your kuleana in following the preventive measures of face coverings, physical distancing, and limiting gatherings.
During this spike in Covid cases, more than ever, we need to come together as a community, slow the spread of this virus, and do the best we can.
Doing your part, protects yourself, your family, your friends, and your community.
If you do not feel well, suspect you may have been exposed, or are positive for Covid, stay at home, avoid contact with others, and seek medical care.
A free Covid vaccination and test clinic is scheduled for today, Sunday at Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo from 9 Am to 1 PM. Now’s the time to get your vaccination to prevent getting infected or to get tested if you suspect you may have been exposed.
Please visit the County of Hawaii website for information on all clinics and pharmacies offering vaccination and testing.
