This is a COVID-19 informational update for Tuesday, June 1st.
For Hawaii County, the Department of Health reports 19 new Coronavirus cases and is currently monitoring 123 active cases with 3 persons hospitalized.
On testing for today, there are no tests scheduled. The next scheduled test is on Friday in South Kohala at the Waimea District Park from 9 until noon.
Know that the Department of Health and other pharmacies and clinics are offering vaccinations regularly throughout the weeks and getting vaccinated helps keep our familys and friends safe. For more information regarding vaccinations, please contact the Department of Health at 300-1120. You can also visit the Civil Defense website for a list of all clinics and pharmacies providing vaccinations and testing.
