This is a COVID-19 informational update for Sunday, May 16th.
There are no tests scheduled for today.
The next scheduled testing will be on Tuesday when two tests are scheduled. One in North Kona at Kekua o Kalani Gym and one in Hilo at the old Pier 1 Imports store in Prince Kuhio Mall.
Vaccinating is an important step toward stopping the spread of COVID-19. The CDC recommends everyone 12 years and older should get a COVID-19 vaccination to help protect against COVID-19.
For more information regarding vaccination, please contact the Department of Health at 300-1120. You can also visit the Civil Defense website for a list of all clinics and pharmacies providing vaccinations.
