This is a COVID-19 informational update for Tuesday, April 20th.
On testing for today, Tuesday, there are two tests scheduled in Puna. One at the Hub from 9 to noon. One at Maku`u Market for 1 to 6 this afternoon.
The next tests are scheduled on Wednesday when two district test are scheduled. One in South Kona at Konawaena High School. One in Hilo at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium.
The Department of Health is monitoring 104 active Coronavirus cases in Hawaii County; there is 1 new case with 6 persons hospitalized reported today. The Department of Health also reports that slots are available for anyone 18 years and older at the vaccination PODs and at local pharmacies. Please visit the Department of Health website’s Hawaii County COVID Information page to register for the vaccination.
