This is a COVID-19 informational update for Monday, April 19th.
On testing for today, Monday, there are two tests scheduled. One in South Kohala at the Ho`oko Park in Waikoloa and one in South Kona at the Greenwell Park both are from 8 to 11 this morning.
The Department of Health is monitoring 106 active Coronavirus cases in Hawaii County; there are 2 new cases with 7 persons hospitalized reported today. You do not have to be symptomatic to get tested, do take these opportunities to get tested if you think you may have been exposed to the Coronavirus. Post arrival testing continues at Hawaii Island airports for those arriving via trans-pacific travel.
