760-acre brush fire destroys a church in Olowalu Village On Saturday night, fire destroyed a church and two vehicles and damaged a home. As of 5 p.m. Sunday, officials said the brush fire in Olowalu had burned 760 acres, while the Kula fire had burned at least 7 acres.
