Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell issued an emergency “stay at home” order Sunday for Oʻahu, saying only employees who deliver essential services should be leaving the house every day to report to work. |2000 passengers from Norwegian Cruise Line ship to go directly to airport
On Sunday the DOT said the Norwegian Jewel was experiencing “propulsion problems” that require repairs. The repairs must be made without passengers on board, prompting the change to allow passengers to disembark, the DOT said.
