Police seek assault, abuse suspect

Police are seeking Manuel J. Subica of Keaau, who is wanted on multiple warrants for his arrest, including a bench warrant for second-degree assault, domestic abuse of a minor younger than 14, third-degree criminal property damage, violating a protective order and two counts of terroristic threatening.
