Thursday a finding of no significant environmental impact for a new building was published. 3 visitors contracted rat lungworm disease
The state Health Department has received confirmation from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of three unrelated cases of rat lungworm disease diagnosed in visitors to Hawaiʻi Island. All three were adults from the U.S. mainland visiting Hawaiʻi between now and last year. Honolulu Star-Advertiser.
