This is the third vehicle recall from Toyota since 2012. In 2012, Toyota recalled the vehicles because of a “wobbly rear suspension.” Another recall followed in 2013 to adjust the rear wheel alignment. And now, this recall is needed to check for rust in the suspension arms. Rust on the rear suspension arms could lead to rear suspension failure and the loss of driver control. Toyota will notify owners of these models and will replace the rear suspension without charge.
