A former Hawaii soldier could face the death penalty following a conviction by a federal jury. The jury found Naeem Williams guilty of killing his 5-year-old daughter Talia Williams. He faces a death sentence since the crime occurred on military property and is covered under federal law. Some people should never be allowed to become parents. What a sad, tragic affair.
