The Office of Hawaiian Affairs and Earth Justice have announced a settlement with Maui County and the Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company over water use of the Iao Stream and the Waikapu stream. The settlement of the "Na Wai ‘Eha: case would restore around 13 million gallons of water to the two Maui streams. Aloha, Russ.
