A California man has finally been extradited back to Hawaii to face identity theft charges.

A California man accused of participating in "an elaborate ATM skimming operation" in Waikiki has been returned to Honolulu for trial. Armen Apoyan and co-defendant Argishi Khachaturyan were indicted by an Oahu grand jury and charged with identity theft and conspiracy. Upon conviction, both men could face lengthy prison terms.
