The finance committee has approved an initial grant of $113,000 and follow up grants of $200,000 for the next three years to international film maker and producer David Cunningham.  Cunningham is starting a "multimedia production center" in a warehouse near Costco in the Kaloko Light Industrial Park.  Cunningham says his "accelerator’ project will  produce "creative content" for a variety of mobile, web, print, television, and music platforms..  Aloha, Russ.
