You can bet that enraged citizens, businesses, and even state legislators want answers to why this mishap occurred. Apparently, the state told Matson in July of 2012 that there was a leak in a molasses pipeline. Matson apparently inspected the pipeline and found no evidence of a leak. Someone is not playing with a ful deck in this game. Aloha, Russ.
