Another energy possibility for Hawaii. Preliminary research is being done at the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii near Kailua-Kona. Scotland is set to implement a large ocean thermal energy project sometime this year. And France has been using some of this technology in its tidal energy generation facility. Aloha, Russ.
