Hawaii County Mayor Billie Kanoi believes the prolonged bankruptcy process for the Naniloa Volcanoes Resort in Hilo has run its course. The mayor says the current lease holder, Hilo businessman Ken Fujiyama, should have his operating permit cancelled. Mayor Kenoi feels the state should hit the restart button on the Naniloa and look for another leasee. Aloha, Russ.
