The radiation plume from the Fukushima nuclear reactor will reach the West Coast in 2014. Experts believe the radiation level will not exceed levels danterous to human health. The Fukushima nuclear facility was heavily damaged by the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami. Aloha, Russ.
