Hawaii Symphony Orchestra Ensemble Premiered at Small Business Hawaii … – Hawaii Reporter

It’s good to see the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra back on its feet.  Its predecessor, The Honolulu Symphony, was one of the leading small orchestras in the country before financial problems closed it down.  The Hawaii Symphony Orchestra has many of the same musicians and will offer a variety of popular venues with leading contemporary Hawaiian and mainland performing artists.  The "Pops" format has been a winner on the U.S. mainland for many years.  Aloha, Russ.
