UAA runners shine in Hawaii – Anchorage Daily News

UAA runners shine in Hawaii
Anchorage Daily News
Kenya’s Susan Tanui and Kodiak’s Dylan Anthony led the UAA cross country team to a sweep of BYU-Hawaii in a season-opening meet Saturday in Laie, Hawaii.

Russell Roberts‘s insight:

While the University of Alaska-Anchorage suffered a loss against the UH-Hilo women’s volleyball team, the Seawolves did much better in cross-country competition on Oahu.  The Seawolves dominated the BYU cross-country meet on Saturday, with the UAA women scoring a 15-56 win and the UAA men scoring a near perfect 16-57 victory over BYU-Hawaii.  The Seawolves will stay in Hawaii for the 07 September Chaminade Invitational.  Aloha, Russ.
