The self-proclaimed marijuana minister Roger Christie and his wife were back in federal court Tuesday morning to determine if the federal government had met its burden in showing they have an interest in prosecuting the Christies.
Another defense angle for imprisoned Hilo resident Roger Christie. He’s been held for 3 years without trial. Some of his associates have been released on bail, pending trial in their cases. Meanwhile, Christie awaits a trial date…so much for a speedy trial before a panel of his peers.
