Did you know that the Hawaiian island of Kaua’i is home to the largest open air test fields for genetically modified foods? Neither do most of the islanders. (Mahalo 4 taking heed RT @SuzanneGoin: something has to be done!

The GMO battle is picking up steam on Kauai. Monsanto has done an excellent job of disguising their crop modification program on the Garden Island. The Hawaii Island County Council is also considering a measure restricting the spread of GMO products. Aloha, Russ.
