Nice article from "Pacific Business News." Apparently, there are no environmental impacts from the proposed 4-acre ground mounted solar site in Kapolei. Energy generated by the large number of solar panels will be sold to Hawaiian Electric Company through its feed-in tariff (FIT) program. These solar "farms" will prove crucial to Hawaii’s energy independance. Aloha, Russ.
