Hawaii tourism expected to expand more slowly
MiamiHerald.com
HONOLULU — Hawaii tourism officials say the industry should continue to grow next year but at a slower pace.

Russell Roberts‘s insight:

A cautionary tale for our visitor industry.  Support it, promote it, but don’t let that industry be a major source of state tax revenue.  The state must deversify its economic base.  The state must also become fuel, energy, and food independent.  Aloha, Russ.
