More on the Hawaiian Language case.  A Native Hawaiian claims he is facing discrimination because he can’t take the driver’s license exam in Hawaiian–one of two official languages in the state.  The state Legislature may have to change the current law to conform with the state Constitution.  Aloha, Russ.
