A $250 million dollar project to capture sea water and use it to cool downtown Honolulu offices now has the funding it needs to begin construction next year.
This is the kind of "out of the box" thinking that must be done to alleviate Hawaii’s high cost of energy. Despite its drawbacks, geothermal must be pursued…it’s a renewable resource, while oil is not. Aloha, Russ.
