Interesting article. On Hawaii Island, I’ve experienced the same thing. Even when I driving at the legal limit, cars pass me, regardless of double lines (no passing zone) and warning signs. Another thing that bugs me is people who don’t use turn signals. Driving is becoming more of a dangerous task these days. Aloha, Russ.
