19-year old Chanse Uyeda was driving a 2003 black moped in the southbound direction on Lower Honoapi`ilani Road near Ho`ohui Road.

Driving mopeds, scooters, and even motorcyle is becoming more dangerous by the day.  I suspect many of these drivers have positioned themselves in the "blind spot" of motorists, thus making them hard to see in traffic.  A formal investigation will determine what contributed to this fatal accident.  Aloha, Russ.
