The state Department of Hawaiian Home Lands has an ambitious plan to build more than four thousand new homes for Hawaiian homesteaders.

Hopefully, the new plan will help those still on the waiting list. Some of these people have been waiting 40 or more years to get a home.  Talk about government inertia.  Aloha, Russ.
