Sequestration moves along. In addition to furloughs for National Guard personnel, some navy activities are being cut back for lack of funds. Congress has yet to resolve the national debt crisis. Until it does, expect more staff reductions, longer lines at federal offices, and reduced federal services. ‘Ain’t life grand?" Aloha, Russ.
