That’s one reason I prefer to pay cash at restaurants. I’ve been a victim of identity theft…it’s not a pleasant experience cancelling your bank accounts, establishing new accounts, worrying about credit data leaks, and having your personal life opened for all to see. Be very careful on the internet, too. We live in a society dominated by the irresponsible, the socially inept, and morally bankrupt. I follow this axiom: In God we trust, all others cash.
