With the shutdown of San Francisco International Airport, passengers in Hawaii bound for that airport were left stranded. Others waiting for the arrival of loved ones were also waiting for hours at the Honolulu International Airport.

Russell Roberts‘s insight:

The delay was caused by the crash of an Asiana Airliner at the San Francisco International Airport.  According to the Associated Press, at least 10 passengers were seriously injured during the crash landing.  One passenger is reported missing.  Details and casulty figures will change as new information is released.  Perhaps it’s better to just stay at home.  Aloha, Russ.
