Over the past six years, Big Island resident James Johnson said he was interviewed 61 times for a permanent teaching job, only to be rejected each time.
Nasty case. James Johnson claims he has been interviewed 61 times for a DOE teaching position, but has been rejected because of what Johnson claims was "age and sex discrimination." The DOE says Johnson wasn;t hired because he performed poorly in interviews. The case will resolved in court. Aloha, Russ.
