According to "Hawaii Tribune-Herald" reporter Tom Callis, the Hawaii County Council will delay a vote on a controversial GMO bill until the end of the month.  Callis says, "considertion was delayed after council members said they wanted to see proposed changes underlined in the legislation."  South Kona/Ka’u Councilwoman Brenda Ford said "it is time for us to deliberate and this is what we’re going to do."  The GMO meeting was recessed until 30 July 2013.  Aloha, Russ.
