A man driving a stolen white dump truck took a joyride around Waikiki Saturday night.

Another strange case of a guy with nothing better to do than create unnecessary trouble. I don’t know if a few months in prison will change his behavior…he may be doing this to get free room and board. Aloha, Russ.
