Although "Civil Beat" is a bit conservative for my tastes, the writing is refreshing, concise, and goes for the juglar.  Sometimes a splash of cold water on your face is what you need to focus on what’s important.  "Civil Beat" is that sort of publication–it calls the shots as it sees them.  Aloha, Russ.
