LIHUE, Hawaii — The Kauai Fire Department says a visitor from Tennessee drowned while snorkeling off the Na Pali Coast.

This is the 12th drowning on Kauai this year. Hawaii’s waters can be deadly to those unfamiliar with our tides and shorelines. The exact cause of death has not been determined. Aloha, Russ.
