Hawaii ranks in the bottom third of the country in economic conditions for children.

Here are the results of the 2013 Kids Count Survey.  Not too many bright spots in this report.  Poverty continues to drag Hawaii down.  Single parents have an especially difficult time supporting their children in Hawaii.  Aloha, Russ.
