In the long-term, sequestration will have a negative impact on Hawaii non-profits. Sequestration will affect federal matching funds for many social services. Look for some unification among nonprofits in an attempt to secure what’s left of federal support. The impact is not "unclear". The impact will result in reduced services and loss of personnel.
