According to the Associated Press, it’s been almost a year since Tyler Madoff was swept off the shore in Kealakekua Bay. His family filed a lawsuit in Honolulu claiming tour guides were negligent for leading teenagers to a dangerous cove. The ruling allows the suit to finally move forward in Hawaii, where 43 witnesses are based. Sad case…Aloha, Russ.
