Be careful how much you raise the room rate.  You could kill the "goose that lays the golden egg."  Cost-conscious travelers may opt for cheaper places to stay, such as the Bahamas, Bermuda, or even Latin America.  These places are closer than Hawaii…and sometimes, cheaper than Hawaii.  Aloha, Russ.
