These balloons would be riding the upper edges of the stratosphere and could stay aloft for months. This project would bring broadband internet connections worldwide…the experiment has been tried in New Zealand with some degree of success. If this project works out, cable companies and providers of DSL services could have some tough competition. Bring it on! Aloha, Russ.
