An update on the recently completed "Tropic Care 2013" joint military exercise. Medical and Dental teams visited the Ka’u District and Hawaiian Ocean View Estates to bring much needed medical care to those who couldn’t afford to travel to Oahu, Kailua-Kona, and Hilo for treatment. National Guard and Reserve forces do a lot of these projects both here in the U.S. and abroad. Aloha, Russ.
