Hundreds turn out for anti-GMO rally in Waikiki

Protesters against genetically-modified organisms, or GMO’s, turned out by the hundreds Saturday to state their case in Waikiki.
Russell Roberts‘s insight:
A similar rally was held this past Saturday at Hilo’s Mooheau Park. I don’t know how effective such demonstations are. Monsanto has deep pockets and can influence many in Congress. Hopefully, something positive will come from this publicity. Aloha, Russ.
